Refund Policy

Because products on myrobloxassets are digital and become available for download immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final. We do offer refunds in the specific situations below.

Eligible for a refund

  • The product is broken on purchase and cannot be used as described.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • The download is permanently unavailable and we cannot restore access.

Not eligible for a refund

  • You changed your mind after downloading the files.
  • The product does not match a feature you assumed but that is not listed.
  • You no longer need the asset for your project.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@myrobloxassets.com within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Include your order ID and a short description of the issue.
  3. We respond within 3 business days and, when approved, refund to your original payment method via Stripe.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback. We will almost always resolve a valid issue faster than your bank can, and accounts with disputed payments may have access to past downloads paused while the dispute is reviewed.
