Because products on myrobloxassets are digital and become available for download immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final. We do offer refunds in the specific situations below.
Eligible for a refund
- The product is broken on purchase and cannot be used as described.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- The download is permanently unavailable and we cannot restore access.
Not eligible for a refund
- You changed your mind after downloading the files.
- The product does not match a feature you assumed but that is not listed.
- You no longer need the asset for your project.
How to request a refund
- Email support@myrobloxassets.com within 14 days of purchase.
- Include your order ID and a short description of the issue.
- We respond within 3 business days and, when approved, refund to your original payment method via Stripe.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback. We will almost always resolve a valid issue faster than your bank can, and accounts with disputed payments may have access to past downloads paused while the dispute is reviewed.
